Inca 29 is a residential infill development typical of
Denver's Central Platte Valley, landscape is limited to
setbacks adjacent to architecture that features a variety
of materials intended to express the project's identity.
Parks & Gardens joined the project with construction
already in progress. Responsibilities included participation
in workshops with the site developers and architects to
identify several suggested modifications to the site plan
and preparation of the landscape planting. The landscape
design is based on a unified plant palette that provides
seasonal interest and minimal maintenance. The plan forges
both a unique identity for the project overall and differentiates
each unit and its corresponding elevation and interior walkway
inidividually.
