recently completed a Master Plan for extensive architectural
and site improvements to a seventies vintage home at the
top of Yellow Jacket Pass in South Routt County.
The owners have occupied the house for two years and identified
several problem areas: drainage, parking, snow removal and
storage, and access to limited outdoor living areas.
The Master Plan illustrates a progressive series of improvements
that begin by addressing site issues identified above and
illustrates a complete renovation of the existing house
and grounds.
